Searching for colon cleanse recipes can be a bit like hunting for hay in a haystack ? there's so many of them around that it can be just a little overwhelming! But while it might be simple enough to find a free colon cleanse recipe using the Internet, there's no guarantee that the homemade cleanser you end up with will be any good, or even match your particular needs. So while it might be eminently possible to make your own effective colon cleanser in the comfort of your own home, it makes sense to exercise some care before you start to purchase the ingredients suggested by a free colon cleaner recipe you stumble across on the internet.

As with any information you find, from any source, remember that it was put together by another mere mortal like yourself. Be sure to check the credentials of the writer of any colon cleanse recipe you find. Many free recipes have been put together by alternative health professionals, while some will simply be the result of the homemade trial and error of a concerned colon owner like yourself.

Find out any details you can about the ingredients used in the recipes you find, and make sure they are generally considered safe for human consumption before you put them in your body.

That said, there are a few colon cleanse recipe ingredients that have stood the test of time quite well, and are generally thought to yield good results. These include such natural ingredients as psyllium husks or seeds, which offer the bulk your colon needs to cleanse itself of any build up of waste material ? this ingredient is often found in the recipes of store-bought colon cleaners, a testimony to its safety and efficacy.

Probiotics are another frequent ingredient in both homemade and store-bought colon cleanse recipes, as they help to increase the natural occurrence of the good bacteria that live in your digestive system and help it to flourish. The long use of this ingredient should indicate to you that its presence in any free colon cleanse recipe you find is a good thing.

Many free colon cleanse recipes contain an extra ingredient that you will need to purchase from a particular vendor, and here is where you need to exercise some care. While the sellers of reputable products abound, there will always be some recipe purveyors who formulate cleansing programs and diets simply to sell their wares.

Most of these products simply contain the ingredients mentioned previously, along with other herbs that can be purchased at your local health food store, so always try to read the virtual label of any recommended product your find on the Internet before you add it to your cleansing recipe.

Creating your own colon cleansing recipe doesn't have to be a difficult task, and unless you have particular digestive trouble, sticking to a simple plan is best. If you are in any doubt, contact your alternative health practitioner ? and never use a free colon cleansing recipe you are unsure of.

Until obesity became epidemic, type 2 diabetes was virtually unheard of in children and teens. It was originally called "adult-onset" because it was mainly seen after middle age. At least 9 million American children are seriously overweight and another 9 million are heavy enough to be at risk, yet studies show that many parents are in denial about their children's obesity. 16% of U.S. children have weight problems but doctors make weight reduction suggestions to parents about their children in only 1% of visits.

There are a number of reasons for this denial and lack of concern:Obese mothers nearly always recognize that they are overweight but only 1 in 5 correctly identified their overweight children. Many doctors are just too busy to become involved in problems not directly related to the symptoms the child was brought in for.78% of the population of the U.S. does not see being overweight as a health problem. Many cultures equate thinness with poverty and starvation; to them a fat child is a strong and healthy child. Many parents believe that the child will grow into their weight.A child that is overweight will very likely become an obese adult. Studies show at least 15 conditions causally related to obesity. They include diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, hip fractures, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, end-stage renal disease, liver disease, urinary incontinence and several forms of cancer. For many overweight children the possibilities of disease in the future is not a concern.

There is a far more pressing cause of pain for these obese children on a daily basis. This pain is caused by discrimination by their classmates. Other children are much more direct and cruel then most adults when it comes to ridiculing the "fat kids" they associate with. A first grader is likely to believe that thinner is better and young children will put these thoughts in to action by excluding their heaver classmate from their team or by calling them names. This ridicule may cause a child to retreat from social interaction or to become a bully, using their weight to intimidate their tormentors. Either course of action only causes the child more grief and frustration in the long run. Most children are not receptive to traditional restrictive diets.

When they are told that they can no longer have the foods they crave, such as: white bread, candy, cookies, and ice cream they feel that they are being punished. It makes little difference how much time the parent spends trying to convince the child it is for their own good.Children will often find access to the foods that are being denied to them at home with friends, relatives who don't believe in diets or by spending their own money to purchase the sweets. If the child doesn't have money they may begin to steal the foods they crave. Many times when the child gains access to the forbidden items they will binge. 30% of girls and 16% of boys who were on a diet admitted to binging on foods that had been forbidden to them when they got the chance. Now the child not only feels punished by the parent, they have added guild to the emotional mix by defying their parents' orders or breaking the law.

This guilt causes stress that may cause the child to act out in other more serious ways.Since traditional diets do not work for most people, it is far past the time to start looking for ways to change a person's way of thinking about food, states the author of the Subconscious Diet: It's not what you put in your mouth; it is what you put in your mind! (www.TheSubconsciousDiet.com)This is not hypnosis. Hypnosis implies external control but what is vital to any weight reduction program is a system of internal control. A child or an adult must feel that any change, such as a diet, is not only their decision but it is also something they understand and want to accomplish. Most diets are only restrictions on eating, very few offer the steps to changing a persons mind about the way they approach food. The Subconscious Diet shows a person how to develop a new operating system for the subconscious mind.

The subconscious is very much like a computer in that it holds all of a person's values, habits, memories, and is constantly working to come up with answers to each situation that life present us every day. Just like a computer we can choose to change how the mind goes about finding the solutions. The steps are relatively simple:Clearly stating our goals (weight loss is a goal).Writing out and repeating those goals daily (affirmations).Getting rid of fear, anger, hate, and guilt (letting go!).Learning to associate only with positive friends (get away from negativity). Vividly seeing the desired end result in our own mind (visualization).Children are ideal candidates for the Subconscious Diet because they are more in touch with the subconscious portion of their minds then adults generally are and they naturally day dream (Visualize). If the parents help the child direct those day dreams to focus on a positive view of the child's body, eating habits, and physical activities, the parent can assure a healthy path for the future of their children.

The catch for the parents and it is really a benefit, is that they can't just tell their children what the kids have to do. The parent must lead by example. The adults in the family must incorporate all of these steps into their own lives. "Do as I say, not as I do!" just won't work and has never worked for children.Eighteen million children are at risk of suffering pain and premature death if their weight is left uncontrolled. If your child is getting heaver each day, you have to make a decision about the amount of effort you are willing to put forth to make your child's life as good as it should be.

For more information please check out: www.TheSubconsciousDiet.com..

Many people are suffering from eating disorders these days. The most common eating disorders are Anorexia Nervosa (anorexia) and Bulimia Nervosa (bulimia). Both are very dangerous eating disorders that may even cause death. Eating disorders usually occur on the background of emotional instability, confusion, loneliness, depression and low-self esteem.

Anorexia Nervosa is characterized by unusual behaviors related to food consumption, the refuse of keeping a body weight appropriate to one's physical build, age and sex, the development of obsessions regarding food and weight and a false perception of one's body image.

People with Anorexia Nervosa are always preoccupied with their physical appearance, carefully weighing their meals and counting the calories they consume. Although people with Anorexia Nervosa sustain constant efforts to lose weight by following drastic diets and exercising excessively, they are never pleased with their accomplishments, always aiming to lose even more weight. Persons with Anorexia Nervosa, despite being underweight, may actually see themselves as fat.

There are two kinds of Anorexia Nervosa: the restrictive and the compulsive kind. People who suffer from Restrictive Anorexia Nervosa usually have a very low body weight.

They indulge in acts of self-starvation and also tend to burn the little food they eat through physical exercise, in order to lose weight. Compulsive Anorexia Nervosa, also referred to as Binge and Purge Anorexia, resembles the symptoms of Bulimia Nervosa. Bulimia is characterized by the consumption of large amounts of food and then getting rid of it by purging it from the system. Just like in the case of Bulimia Nervosa, Compulsive Anorexia Nervosa implies and alternation in eating habits, people suffering from it fluctuating between periods of scarce eating or abstinence from food and periods of binge-eating and purging.

The persons with this kind of Anorexia Nervosa purge the food out of their bodies by vomiting or by taking laxatives and diuretics.

They also tire themselves through long, sustained physical exercise in order to lose weight. Unlike people with Restrictive Anorexia Nervosa, the ones confronted with the second type of disorder aren't always underweight. People with Binge and Purge Anorexia experience a lot of changes in their body weight. They resemble bulimics in physical appearance and behavior.

Actually, Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa have a lot of things in common and in fact, people who suffer from Anorexia Nervosa may later become bulimics.

Anorexia Nervosa, just like other eating disorders causes a lot of harm to people affected by it.

A very disturbing fact is that young people, especially adolescents are the most exposed to the development of eating disorders. Both sexes are susceptible to the threat of Anorexia Nervosa, but particularly girls and young women develop forms of Anorexia Nervosa, due to their constant preoccupation with looks.

The causes of eating disorders haven't yet been determined. It is considered that Anorexia Nervosa is purely a mental condition. However, studies sustain that there are also physical factors involved in the development of the illness.

Also, a disturbing fact reveals the hereditary character of eating disorders like Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa..

South Korea is the third largest economy in Asia after Japan and China. It is also a pioneer in industrialization in East Asian region. Trends in food consumption indicate that people of South Korea are turning to western diets from the conventional one. Consumers in Korea are looking for high value and convenient food products of good quality.

South Korea is the leading trader in agriculture that represents an export market of $2.5 billion for US agricultural products only. Till recently, South Korea kept the tariffs on imports of processed food high.

It also imposed other sanitary and technical barricades to obstruct trade export.

As per the Free Trade Agreement between Korea and US, food-processing companies of Korea will allow an increased and easy access to US food units in South Korea's market. It will give new opportunities to food processing and beverage units. A good understanding and marketing strategy between the two countries will result in sturdy development. Consequently, South Korea's economy will also foster.

South Koreans believe that diet plays a crucial role in maintaining a good health.

Along with a rise in health conscience, the concern of South Koreans for their routine food escalated. As the packaged foods are basically processed and have artificial substances in them, customer choices became even more discriminating than in natural ones.

In this situation, packaged foods that are basically healthy could endure the current economic pressure. But those products that are known to be unfit for health, experienced a rapidly falling consumer demand.

Health related products have filled the shops in packaged food sector. These products have gained the attention of health conscious customers. Ingredients like green tea, black bean and black sesame are specifically popular.

Detoxing diets are not so much about weight loss, but about cleansing the body by removing poisons and toxins. This type of dietary programme has gained popularity in the Western world as people become more aware about overloading their body with foods and drinks that are toxic.Celebrities such as Carol Vorderman and Kim Wilde advocate a regular ?detox' to keep them healthy and trim.A detox programme can be beneficial to your overall health by also retraining your taste buds and appetite ? but, as with all dietary programmes, always consult your Doctor before embarking on one. Most people who do go on a detox diet find that they do lose weight and maintain a healthier eating plan even after the detox has finished. There are many different types of detoxing programmes available which you can find out about online or in books and other resources. There are liquid detox diets (normally found in chemists) but these should only be followed for the recommended time on the instructions as such simplified) diets may have dangerously low amount of calories and poor nutritional content. This is not a good practice to employ long term when dieting as not only will your health be damaged, but once you start eating ?normally' again, the weight will pile back on even faster.Because detoxing can be a shock to the body, it is recommended by nutritionists that you start it the programme at a time when you don't have a lot of other things on ? especially not anything strenuous or physical.

Many people report a variety of symptoms when they first start a detoxing dietary programme, for example, lack of energy, an outbreak of spots, headaches etc. But this is just part of the body's cleansing process and, so detox fans report, at the end of the dietary programme, you should feel lighter, your skin should be clear and you'll have renewed energy levels..

Did you see the Larry King Live show where Suzanne Sommers informed us she was a victim of breast cancer?Until then the butt-mastering, thigh-mastering Ms. Sommers was thought to be a model of good health. Not only that, legions of her fans followed the Suzanne Sommers' Diet.Suzanne acknowledged that as a model of good health she had to set an example and eat the right foods. Well, if she was eating all the right foods, why the cancer? Some experts have theorized that Ms. Sommers carries a disease gene that resulted in her cancer.Just like us, she has more than 30,000 genes that provide the coded instructions to: (1) Shape her body, and (2) Make it run. Each gene consists of a section of DNA, which looks like a twisted ladder.

It is actually the rungs of the ladder, comprised of just four molecules that can be arranged in seemingly endless combination that will tell a cell what to do. Often cells are told to produce a myriad of proteins that will carry out the work of the body.Medical science has taken the position that when a disease results from an absent or insufficient or malformed protein, the problem usually can be traced to a glitch in the DNA.The concept of human disease genes is nothing new. But compare the ongoing effort to reveal the genes thought to separate sick from healthy individuals, against the conclusion from a study of 90,000 identical twins reported in the New England Journal of Medicine in July, 2000:"There is a low absolute probability that a cancer will develop in a person whose identical twin, a person with an identical genome and many similar exposures, has the same type of cancer...For cancer at the common sites in monozygotic twins, the rate of concordance is generally less than 15%."How can it be, regarding cancer in identical twins, 85% of the time human disease genes do not act as human disease genes? What is the difference between the twin with breast cancer [pretend that is Suzanne Sommers] and her cancer-free sister? The answer: All metabolic enzyme systems function normally in the breasts of the cancer-free twin.Go back to the theoretical genetic result of absent, or malformed or insufficient proteins performing cellular work. The proteins that perform cellular work are our metabolic enzymes. We have over 2000 of them. Not only do these organic molecules have minerals within their chain, each metabolic enzyme requires an activator mineral to mobilize it.

Minerals also activate hormones. Here is what "experts" conveniently neglect:Our genes do not determine the availability of minerals to serve as activators, or as inventory for the cellular construction of our metabolic enzymes. That depends upon the quality, the nutrient density, of the food in our diet. The Suzanne Sommers' Diet has one thing in common with all other diets:The foods in her diet and every other diet lack minerals. When we consume food and water deficient in minerals, this leads to the break down of our metabolic enzyme systems. That's when we begin to lose immunity to degenerative disease, which is what happened to Suzanne Sommers..

>"Cookie Cutter" Low Carb Diet Plans Explained?by: Jenny MathersMost diet plans, including low carb diet plans are best taken with a grain of salt, because although one may work for your best friend, it may not work for you. For those with serious weight problems and have co-existing issues such as hyperglycaemia (high blood sugar levels) or like some of us hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels) etc., the popular diet plans usually will not be able to cater to individual needs. We are all individuals and as such we need to feed ourselves as individuals, having said this some diet plans will be more beneficial for the general population that others. To assess which particular diet plan will be beneficial, you can follow these guidelines. They are very much common sense points, and provide a good framework which many nutrition professionals would broadly follow, and within which you can divide the scammy diet plans from those that can offer you safe and healthy diet ideas.Diet offers sufficient balance and a variety of carbohydrates, protein and fats.

Diet does not exclude one particular food group, and encourage excessive consumption of another. Diet encourages exercise to complement sensible eating habits. Diet encourages awareness of portion sizes. Diet does not encourage unrealistic quick weight loss. Diet is backed up with medical research data.

In addition to these points, I've broadly outlined the low carb diet plans, which seem to be occupying the minds of dieters and researchers alike, as well as the research for and against pertinent to the low carb diet plans.Low Carb Diets A lot of the diet plans these days center around the low carb diet plans. These low carb diet plans are considered by some diet fads, others consider it the new wave in healthy eating. Diets such as The New Atkins Diet Revolution maintain that obese people are insulin sensitive and carbohydrates make them gain weight. Low carb diet plans such as The Zone lay down specific proportion of carbohydrates, protein and fats that should be consumed in order to lose weight and while fats are reduced, the main source of energy comes from the consumption of protein. Low carb diet plans such as Sugar Busters, believe that sugar is your body's most heinous weight loss enemy and since carbohydrates are the foods that are processed into sugars ? carbohydrates should be limited.

The Scarsdale Diet also is a low carb, high protein diet and offers a 2 week crash dieting plan. Popular diets such as the South Beach Diet and the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet are also low carb diet plans that have become popular with dieters who have tried and failed at the Atkins diet. All these diets see themselves as the worlds answer to the obesity problem. To be fair, there are significant and many research papers that support and argue against the low carb revolution, as yet the wider medical community has not fully made it's mind up as to whether the diets are something that is favourable in the long term.Recent research by Layman et. al., and Saris have found that the low carb and high protein diets provide little benefit to dieters.

Researchers found that when protein was moderately increased and carbohydrates proportionately decreased, insulin levels stabilised but no significant weight was lost. Saris in his review concluded that it is probable that a low carb, high fat diet will increase the likelihood of weight gain. While there is a lot of evidence against the low carb philosophy, there is also a lot of evidence to support it. Research published in May, 2004, found that when patients on a low carb diet were compared with patients on a low fat diet, those patients who had consumed a low carb diet had a greater weight loss, decreased triglyceride levels and increased levels of HDL's - in other words their cholesterol levels had improved. To put the icing on the cake research has just been published to support the long term efficacy of eating a low carb diet.Despite the evidence to support low carb diet plans, mainstream medicine still does not recommend them.

The main points of contention with the low carb, high protein diets is that they don't offer balance and variety and could prove dangerous for people at risk of heart disease. Particularly with low carb diet plans such as the scarsdale diet, they are not realistic and cannot be maintained in the long term causing yo-yo dieting and no one wants that !

For the best diet results, you need a personalized diet that you can stick to.People diet for lots of reasons, and with lots of aims in mind. No matter what your aims are, the most effective diet to achieve them is a personalized one. A personalized diet which suits you is what you need, whether you want to improve your health, or just lose weight.A personalized diet plan can be obtained from a multitude of sources. Provided you have no major health problems and your trying to lose weight (as opposed to lowering cholesterol which will probably require a more specialised diet) then one of the many diets offered by the major fitness and diet gurus will do the job perfectly. Just pick the diet that best suits you.

Advice can also be obtained at your local gym where there will usually be a knowledgeable person who can help you find your perfect diet.Everyones body is different and so different diets and fitness programs effect you diffently to the way they will effect others. Some people will lose weight and tone up more quickly on certain diets so its important to ensure the diet that you are on is just right for your body. Most diet programs are designed for people with no specific health problems. If you find you are changing your prescribed diet to suit a health problem you have it is essential to contact your doctor first for advice. They can advise you on what is best to eat or avoid eating with your illness.Your doctor knows a lot about your health and your body so he or she is a good person to get an opinion from when considering diets. They will be able to tell you what approach to dieting will work best for you.

For instance if you are on medication to prevent blood clots, then you should avoid green vegetables, such as spinach. Your doctor will be able to spot issues such as this and help you to work around them when planning your diet. This is one major problem when it comes to the standard diets that most people start on. Since these diets are standardized, it's more likely that you're not going to be eating the most optimal diet for you. If you're looking at any of the popular diet plans, you should look for the ones that allow the most personalization.Another problem is that depending on where you live, some diets might call for you to eat a particular food that is difficult or even impossible to find. They might also require you to eat foods that are out of season or more expensive to buy in your location than others.

If this is the case, you should change your diet to include foods that are easier to come by, but that also work in your diet.In the end you will only see the benefits of a diet if you stick with it, this however is easier said than done. In order to stick with your diet you need to be realistic and know your limitations. It will be extremely difficult to totally stop eating junk food overnight, particularly if you eat a lot of junk food at the moment. Your personalized diet should allow you to ease into your new eating pattern and diet, there shouldn't be an abrupt change.Avoid a diet that requires you to abruptly change your eating habits, forcing you to stop eating your favourite foods for example. Changes like that will cause temptation and make you cheta on your diet.

A diet like this will rarely last long enough to have any meaningful effect on your health or weight. An excellent way to boost your confidence as you diet is to able to see the change in your body. However initially the change might not be so obvious visually, a good way to gauge your progress then is to make a progress chart. On this chart record your weight or blood pressure. That way laid out in front of you you will have a map showing how far you've come and how much closer to your goals you are. This will give your diet the momentum to really work and you the confidence to carry on and stick with it.

is the webmaster ofRC Diet Inc -- a premier source of information on diet.

Going out to eat can really put the brakes on your weight loss program unless you have exceptional control over what you eat. Although many restaurants now offer choices for many types of diets, it's whats on the rest of the menu that might tempt you to stray. Often high in salt, sugar and oil most restaurant food tends to be higher in calories that what you might prepare for yourself.

And Americans are eating out more and more. According to Dr. Caroline Cederquist, a physician who specializes in weight management, less than 20 percent of the calories Americans consumed were eaten outside the home in 1978 but in 2003, that number had climbed to 50 percent.

Combine that with the fact that obesity in Americans is growing each year with as many as two thirds of Americans being overweight and you might come to the conclusion that eating out can be hazardous to your waistline.

One problem is that restaurants often serve huge portions. That combined with the fact that we have been conditioned to clean our plates can result in a huge weight problem. You may feel morally obligated to eat everything on your plate ?even if your health and your weight might suffer as a result. If you eat out a lot, you may become accustomed to these large portions and start to eat like that at home as well.

Another problem with restaurant eating is that they often serve bread or rolls ? and usually not the healthy whole wheat kind either.

Now, when you know you are going out to eat, you probably eat less throughout the day or delay or skip eating and by the time you get to the restaurant you are starving. So what do you do when they bring the rolls? Of course, you dig in eating way to many rolls.

You might be dining with a group that likes to savor the experience and order appetizers before the meal but did you know that restaurant appetizers tend to be extremely high in calories? For example, a basket of fried onions can have a whopping 2,000 calories. Eat a few appetizers to be polite and you'll have to run the treadmill for hours to work it off!

Many restaurants now offer free soda refills. Plus the soda glasses tend to be large to begin with so you are receiving greater servings of this sugary beverage.

The tendency may be to order seconds because it's free and you want to take advantage of that but remember, just the soda alone can put you far over your daily recommended allowance of calories for weight loss.

Perhaps the greatest restaurant challenge to any dieter is the buffet. With so many choices you may be tempted to get one of everything! Since you can go back as many times as you want you might overindulge. You want to make sure you get your moneys worth, right?

So what can you do if you must eat out several times a week? First of all, make sure you stick to your diet plan. Don't give in to eating wrong foods "just this once." Choose entrees that have lots of vegetables and avoid dessert entirely.

When your meal comes, set half aside immediately and even ask for a doggy bag right away so you won't be tempted to eat the second half when the first is done. Don't starve yourself before going out to eat and you will be better able to avoid eating those rolls as well as overeating when the meal comes. If you are not starving when you order, it will be easier to order a healthy meal an stay away from fatty, high calorie entrees.

Generally, if you stick to sensible and healthy eating patterns both at home and when eating out you will be developing good eating habits that will help you lose weight and keep it off for life.

Are these the kinds of stories that we as health professionals are trying to write to enlighten the public or gain fame and notoriety? I read this story several days ago about some doctor who claims if you limit your flavors and pick a flavor of the day you will lose weight and has the case studies to prove it. C'mon!! First we have the Atkins diet, then the cabbage diet, and now this. I mean if you really want to prey on the many people who are so desperate to lose weight then do a case study on the above title. I'm sure you will sell some copies for that book as well.

Now, if someone didn't read the story very carefully they're going to say, "Hmmm, I'll start with a bowl of cherries, that's healthy. Then move on to cherry ice cream, then some cherry pie, and let's wash it down with some cherry coke." Laugh, but trust me those people are out there.

They are the same people that think a French fry is a vegetable.

I shouldn't be too hard on this guy because most of the time the health professionals that have these wacky new fads at least go for something that is usually considered a sin. The Atkins diet lets you eat bacon and hamburgers, just set that bun down okay. This diet still suggests that you eat fruits and vegetables, except eat one particular fruit for the whole day. Yummy, I think I'll eat apples today. I'll have Fuji apples for breakfast, red ones at lunch, and those green ones for dinner.

Is that really going to attract a whole bunch of people to buy this book?

Here's my point. It is almost getting to the point where eventually there will be a book called, "The Sit Down With Remote in Hand Weight Loss Diet." This is what people want and as a personal trainer, I'm getting sick of reading these articles. What was that recent book called, "The French Diet???"

Look do you really want to lose weight?? Then, I'm going to tell you the bad news; you are going to have to work at it. Yes you are going to have to watch what you eat, and exercise. If you notice all these articles on these new diet trends, even this last one on the flavors, they all have a one or two line blurb saying, "oh by the way you might want to exercise as well." I'm tired of seeing my clients try the latest new diet that has them lose weight only to gain it back and then some.

America wake up and smell the coffee.

There is not going to be some magic pill that will make you lose weight. If there were, someone would be making money off it. Right now the only people who are making money are all the authors of these so-called diets that are lining their pockets with your hard earned cash, while you follow diets that don't work. Or if they do, it only works for a small percentage.

Suck it up people. Take charge and control of your destiny.

Accept the fact that you will have to exercise for the rest of your life. You will have to watch what you eat, even though you can splurge once in awhile. If you have to lose weight, yes it might take some time, but it will come off (it didn't come on in a day did it?). If you accept these facts and implement them right now, I guarantee you will have a very fulfilling life that will be so much better than wondering how many peaches you have to eat today.
